These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Merso B.V. website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

Merso B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Merso B.V., and “you” refers to the customer or website user.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is accepted, we will send you an email confirmation, at which point a contract is formed between you and Merso B.V.

Prices for our products are stated in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers. Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

If you wish to return a product, you must follow our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, provided the items are in unused and resalable condition.

We take care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of Merino wool and individual device displays. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability to you in connection with any product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Your use of our website must not involve unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, and you must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our site after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
